Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be requested and approved before you send anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Email us at Contact@stellarosejewelrysupply.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label (cost deducted from refund or paid by you, depending on the reason for return).

  • Instructions for how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at Contact@stellarosejewelrysupply.com with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Special orders or personalized items

  • Sale items or discounted merchandise

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item (following the process above) and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at Contact@stellarosejewelrysupply.com.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
