Shipping policy

At Stella + Rose Jewelry Supply, we aim to process and ship every order quickly and securely so you can receive your jewelry supplies on time and in perfect condition.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:00 PM MT ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

  • Custom or special-order items may require extra processing time; this will be noted on the product page.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders ship from Roy, Utah (84067) via:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express)

  • UPS (Ground or 2-Day Air)

Transit times begin after the carrier picks up your package and exclude weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $85 (before tax, after discounts).

  • Free-shipping orders ship via the most economical method (typically USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail).

  • Oversized or heavy items may be excluded; this will appear at checkout.


Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.


Address Changes & Order Edits

If you need to change your shipping address or edit an order, email Contact@stellarosejewelrysupply.com immediately with the subject line “URGENT – Address Change [Order #]”.

  • We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been scanned by the carrier.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses can be reshipped once received; additional postage will apply.


Signature Confirmation

Signature is not required for most orders.
The only exception is when a Sunstone welder or similar high-value equipment is shipped; these will require a signature on delivery for insurance purposes.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

  1. Wait 24 hours – carriers sometimes scan early.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are treated as delivery-theft claims; refunds or replacements may not be possible. We’ll assist where feasible.


Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email Contact@stellarosejewelrysupply.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Split Shipments & Backorders

To avoid delaying your entire order, we may ship available items first.
Backordered items ship automatically once restocked at no extra charge.


International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada via USPS International and UPS Worldwide services.

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by Canadian customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refused or unclaimed international packages are not refundable for shipping costs; return freight and customs fees may be deducted from any refund.


PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • PO Boxes: accepted via USPS only.

  • APO/FPO/DPO: shipped through USPS Priority Mail; delivery times vary by destination.


Local Pickup (Free Option)

Local pickup is available at our Roy, Utah location:
3588 W 4800 S, Suite C, Roy, UT 84067

To arrange a pickup:

  1. Contact us via email, phone, or Instagram DM to schedule your pickup time.

  2. We’ll confirm when your order is ready for collection.

  3. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.


Holiday & Weather Delays

During peak seasons or adverse weather, carriers may experience delays. We’ll post any widespread shipping disruptions on our website or social channels.
